Close Quarters Combat.
This course is designed to present realistic and street tested techniques & philosophies on combatives. This course is open to any person interested in learning more about CQB style combatives as well as those simply looking to improve their ability to defend themselves. The course will cover:

Open Hand Combatives - Joint Controls
Non-Traditional Striking Techniques
Combat Ready Pressure Points
Edged Weapons Defenses
Stick Defenses
Gun Defenses
Ground Defenses
Plus Much More

All Participants Completing the Course Will Receive Certification Level I in Force Options Open Hand Combatives

This course has been approved by AZ POST
Arizona officers will recieve CE credits for participation

Following is a list of equipment that we suggest you bring to the course. We do realize that most people will not have every piece of equipment listed below. We will make an effort to provide some equipment for participants.
Rubber Training Gun
Handgun / Long Gun (shotguns, carbines)
Rubber Training Knife
Duty Belt
Training uniform (soft soled shoes or boots - non-restrictive clothing)
Protective cup

NOTE: There will be NO ammunition/Magazines or OC in the training area
