This fantastic DVD covers the primary weapons of Aikido – Bokken and Jo. This production goes into history of the sword and demonstrates rare “Aiki – Iai” sword techniques. Filled with an enormous amount of technique for jo and bokken, as well as tamishi giri demonstrations, this is the finest DVD on the subject available.
The production is hosted by Fred Mastison Sensei – 5th Dan. He brings almost three decades of martial arts experience to the DVD making it one of the most complete and effective productions available.
